1 : Do you provide free estimates?

Yes, we’re happy to provide free estimates for standard services over the phone or by email. For more complex issues requiring an on-site visit, our call-out fee and hourly rates apply.

2 : What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve residential clients in:
  • West Vancouver (Ambleside, Dundarave, Horseshoe Bay, etc.)

3 : How does your No Fix, No Fee Guarantee work?

If we cannot resolve the issue during our service call, you only pay the call-out fee. However, this guarantee does not apply if the client declines necessary repairs or if the issue falls outside the scope of covered services.

4: What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 12-Month Warranty on all parts and materials supplied by us and our workmanship. This warranty does not cover client-supplied parts or recurring issues such as clogged drains.

Emergency Plumbing

1 : Do you provide after-hours emergency services?
Yes, we offer emergency plumbing services during evenings, weekends, and holidays, subject to staffing availability. After-hours rates apply.

2 : What should I do in a plumbing emergency?
If possible, turn off your main water supply to prevent further damage, then call us at +1 (604) 848-4013 for immediate assistance.

Service Questions

1 : Do you charge for travel time?

Travel time to your home is included in the call-out fee within our service areas. However, if we need to source additional parts during the repair, the travel time required will be billed as part of the labor cost.

2 : What types of plumbing services do you provide?
We offer a wide range of residential plumbing services, including:
  • Emergency plumbing repairs
  • Drain cleaning and clearing
  • Leak detection and repairs (non-underground)
  • Water heater installations and maintenance
  • Fixture upgrades and installations

3 : Do you handle clogged drains?

Yes! We specialize in clearing clogged drains using professional-grade equipment. Regular hours start at $399 for this service, while after-hours rates apply at $598.50. 

 

4 : What happens if you need additional parts for my repair?

If we don’t have the necessary parts in our van, we will perform a parts run to the nearest supplier. The time required for this will be billed as part of our labor.

5 : What about disposal of old fixtures, pipes, or tanks?
Disposal of old fixtures like toilets or piping is charged at $125, which includes time for transport to the North Vancouver transfer station, fuel, offloading, and the transfer station fee.
For hot water tanks, which are recyclable and do not incur transfer station fees, we charge $95, which includes time and fuel for transportation.

Billing and Payments

1 : When is payment due?

Payment is due upon completion of the work. Invoices are payable immediately, and a 2% monthly interest fee will apply to overdue invoices.

2 : What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
