No, our callout fee covers travel, arrival, and assessment.

What Plumbing Services Do You Offer?

We provide leak repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, water heater servicing, and more. We do NOT service gas lines, heating systems, or HVAC units.

Do You Install Customer-Supplied Fixtures?

Yes, but we do not warranty parts we didn’t supply. Installation is quoted separately.

When Will You Complete the Work If I Accept the Quote?

We complete work immediately after approval. If scheduled for another day, additional fees may apply.

What Are Your Callout Fees?

Regular Hours (7 AM – 4 PM): $99
After-Hours & Holidays: $243 (flat rate, with a quote provided after assessment).

How Much Does Drain Cleaning Cost?

Starts at $300+ (excluding callout fee). Severe blockages may require additional labor, quoted on-site.

How Much Does a Toilet Replacement Cost?

$424 total ($99 callout + $326 service fee w/ parts).

How Do I Get a Quote for Other Services?

All other services are quoted on-site. No hourly rates apply.

1 : Do you charge for travel time?

Travel time to your home is included in the call-out fee within our service areas. However, if we need to source additional parts during the repair, the travel time required will be billed as part of the labor cost.
