Wayne holds a South African Red Seal plumbing qualification and a SkilledTradesBC Red Seal certification in Canada, bringing experience from both countries and a strong foundation in residential plumbing. David joined the business as an apprentice and is now a SkilledTradesBC Red Seal plumber. Doreen manages the office full-time and is the main point of contact for many of our clients, handling bookings, communication, and day-to-day coordination.
We operate as a close, family-run team, and that affects how the work is done. Calls are answered properly, bookings are managed carefully, and work is followed through with attention to detail. You are not passed between departments or treated like a number.
