12-Month Workmanship Guarantee

When we complete a plumbing repair or installation, we stand behind that work. If something is not right with what we did, we will come back and sort it out.

Our guarantee gives you clear, reliable cover on the work we carry out - so you always know exactly where you stand.

What Our 12-Month Guarantee Means

Our guarantee is tied directly to the plumbing work we completed and the items we supplied and installed as part of that work.

If we complete a repair or installation, that specific work is covered for 12 months. If a repair cannot be completed, protection may instead fall under our No Fix, No Fee policy.

When you contact us, we assess the issue properly and confirm whether it relates to our work or something separate within the system.

How We Handle Other Plumbing Issues

Plumbing systems involve multiple connected components. Not every issue is caused by the work that was completed, so we treat each situation based on what is actually happening.

Separate plumbing issues

  • Unrelated faults: issues outside the work we completed are treated as separate problems.
  • Existing components: older pipes, valves, or fixtures can fail independently over time.
  • Client-supplied items: parts or fixtures not supplied by us follow their own warranty path.

System behaviour and conditions

  • System-wide behaviour: pressure, noise, or performance can involve multiple parts of the system.
  • Evolving issues: some problems require staged diagnosis and multiple steps to resolve properly.
  • Usage and wear: misuse, buildup, and natural wear can lead to new issues over time.

In these situations, we explain clearly what is happening and recommend the correct next step so the issue can be resolved properly.
