No Fix No Fee is not a gimmick. It is a fairness principle. If we attempt a repair and cannot complete it because of our limitation, the labour for that repair is not charged.
The call-out fee still applies, and exclusions matter. Diagnostics, client-supplied parts, recurring clogs, inaccessible issues, and wider system problems are treated differently.

We believe workmanship should be backed by workmanship. Our warranty protects the work we do and the parts we supply and install, while keeping clear boundaries around existing systems, client-supplied parts, and unrelated failures.
