We focus on residential service plumbing in houses, townhomes, condos and strata properties. Our work, communication, pricing and service process are built around occupied residential properties rather than large construction and commercial projects.
We are residential service plumbers. That includes selected plumbing service and repair work in residential strata properties. We do not pretend to be gas fitters, HVAC specialists, boiler specialists, industrial plumbers or a large commercial mechanical contractor.
We work in people's homes, so we protect work areas, communicate access needs, clean up, and treat the space properly.
We serve West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Lions Bay, and the North Shore. Local homes have local plumbing realities.
We want to be the plumber you call again, not the company you regret calling once.
Even when the answer is not what someone hoped for, they should understand the problem and the next step better than before.
No Fix No Fee is not a gimmick. It is a fairness principle. If we attempt a clearly defined quoted repair and cannot complete it for reasons within our control, the labour for that specific repair is not charged, subject to the applicable exclusions.
The call-out fee still applies, and exclusions matter. Further Investigation, client-supplied product issues, recurring clogs, inaccessible conditions, and wider system problems are handled separately.
