Approving a plumbing repair should not feel like a gamble. We are confident in the repairs we quote, and we stand behind that. If we agree on a specific repair and we are unable to complete that repair during that same job for reasons within our control, you do not pay the labour for that repair.
In simple terms, you are not taking on the risk of paying labour for a repair we could not complete ourselves. That risk sits with us. The call-out fee, any approved diagnostic work, materials, and other authorised work always remain payable.
Once a repair has been successfully completed, it is covered separately under our 12-month workmanship warranty.

No Fix, No Fee is a labour-only protection on certain clearly defined quoted repairs. It does not replace the call-out fee, approved diagnostic work, materials, or the wider terms that apply if conditions change once work begins.
If we uncover a hidden defect, pre-existing issue, access problem, system limitation, parts issue, or any other condition that changes the scope of the work, the full rules in our Terms and Conditions apply.
