Our service covers individual homes and residential units. Building-wide mechanical systems are outside this service.
As part of a Poly B repipe at a Lynn Valley home, we renewed the water-heater connections and water-entry piping, installed a new shut-off valve and pressure-reducing valve, and replaced supply lines serving the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. This project involved the tank's plumbing connections rather than replacing the tank itself.

Want longer tank coverage? Ask about extended manufacturer warranty options for eligible models. We confirm availability, cost and terms with your quote. Tank coverage and workmanship protection are separate; manufacturer coverage does not automatically include every labour or replacement cost.

A business-hours visit starts with a $99 + GST call-out for administration, travel and arrival with a stocked service van. Investigation, work and parts are separately priced unless included in an agreed package. We explain the next step and its price before proceeding. Each advertised replacement package already includes one business-hours call-out.
The standard John Wood packages are 240 V / 3000 W, in 40 US gallon / 151 litre and 48 US gallon / 182 litre capacities. We check suitability; you don’t need to work out the electrical requirements yourself.
