A business-hours visit starts with a $99 + GST call-out for administration, travel and arrival with a stocked service van. Investigation, work and parts are separately priced unless included in an agreed package. We explain the next step and its price before proceeding. Each advertised replacement package already includes one business-hours call-out.
The standard John Wood packages are 240 V / 3000 W, in 40 US gallon / 151 litre and 48 US gallon / 182 litre capacities. We check suitability; you don’t need to work out the electrical requirements yourself.
