After-hours plumbing visits may be available outside our regular Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM hours. If we have availability and can take on your job, we will confirm the visit and applicable pricing with you before attending. After-hours attendance is by confirmed arrangement only. Leaving a message or submitting an online request does not confirm a visit. We confirm after-hours arrangements in writing. After-hours call-out: $255 + GST per visit. This replaces the regular $99 call-out and covers travel, arrival and an initial visual, non-invasive check. Repairs, parts and further investigation are separate and priced for your approval before proceeding.
